One of the intended purposes of SPK Almaty – efficient assets management to procure income and distribute it for social needs of the city.

SPK assets are non-residential premises, administrative and industrial buildings, lands which can be sold for commercial social projects.Investment projects are implemented on the basis of the land plots of SPK. Assets are distributed among the entrepreneurs and investors by means of tenders, auction sales, drawings, which are published by us in Announcement section.
