In accordance with cl. 3 of art. 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On combating corruption” and with the Methodology Recommendations on the organization of anti-corruption compliance institute in quasi-public corporations, approved by the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, SEC Almaty JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has established an anti-corruption compliance department in 2022.
According to the Regulations of the Compliance Department, the Company has information channels through which citizens/clients can communicate information about the existing or potential violation of the anti-corruption law in the Company, or comment on how to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures.
Please note that, when considering financing issues, the Company works directly with the Client, without involving third parties as partners or intermediaries.
If you witnessed corrupt practices on the part of the Company's employees, or witnessed corruption offenses, or encountered persons who offer to get a loan for a certain fee or who demand payment for intermediary services, we ask you to inform the Company's anti-corruption compliance department via the following communication channels:
