Conference "Opportunities for Business Development" in association with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, SEC Almaty and the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange KASE was held for representatives of SMEs, on May 12 in Almaty.
About 50 entrepreneurs came to take part in the event. The meeting was aimed on programs and tools for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Almaty.
EBRD representatives Evgeniy Son and Tatyana Reshetnik presented the EBRD Advisory Services Program and touched the topic of the EBRD's Women in Business Program opportunities.
Whereas, Maxim Prudnikov, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of SEC Almaty, presented to businessmen the tools and opportunities of the Corporation for entrepreneurs and investors.
Zarina Abitaeva, the director of the Issuer and Investor Relations Department, spoke about the benefits of financing for SMEs at KASE.
Event ended with an informal networking, where entrepreneurs were able to ask their questions and consult with representatives from the top management of SEC Almaty, EBRD and KASE.
These meetings open various opportunities for entrepreneurs and contribute to the further development of SMEs.
