The project was implemented by Ak-Orda Company LLP with the support of Almaty Finance LLP, a subsidiary of SEC Almaty. Financing in the amount of 500 million tenge was provided under the program "Almaty Business – 2025" at 6% per annum for up to 7 years. Annually, the complex will bring about 30 million tenge of tax revenues to the city budget.
