Based on the resolution of the Board of Directors of SEC Almaty JSC (SEC), the powers of Arman Shamshin, Chairman of the Management Board of SEC, were terminated ahead of schedule due to his appointment as Akim of Almaly district of Almaty.
Anuar Gabdullin will act as Chairman of the Management Board of SEC for the period until the election of a new Head.
Anuar Zhomartovich has been the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of SEC since December 2022. Previously, he held senior positions in second-tier banks in Kazakhstan and Almaty Finance LLP for over 17 years. He studied at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, specializing in "Finance and Credit (Banking)", has an MBA degree from the International Academy of Business, specializing in "Management".
