Almaty SEC has stabilized prices for 13 items of SSFP

As part of implementation of mechanisms to stabilize prices for socially significant food products in Almaty, Almaty SEC concluded a loan agreement with Magnum Cash&Carry LLP for purchase of 13 items of socially significant food products (SSFP). 

They include buckwheat, horns, rice, sunflower oil, butter, kefir, milk, acid curd, chicken meat, beef meat, flour, bread and salt. 

Total volume of purchased SSFP amounted to 2,547.7 tons. Products will be purchased from commodity producers and sold through the Magnum retail network at fixed reduced retail prices.

Price stabilization in the city will be implemented from June 1 to September 1, 2024.
