As of today, 20 projects with private investments worth 119.8 billion tenge have been implemented in the industrial zone.
A press tour of the objects of the industrial zone was held in Almaty. Media representatives visited the plant for the production of facade thermal panels of Teplostil LLP, the plant for the production of Hyundai Trans Kazakhstan vehicles, the Bijan meat processing plant, the Almerek plant for the production of medical devices, the Ala Estate industrial park.
The press tour began with a visit to the production of Teplostil, which annually produces 240,000 sq. m. m facade thermal panels with insulation, decorative products made of reinforced polystyrene foam. The project cost is 800 million tenge, the company employs 30 people.
At the second facility, media representatives got acquainted with the production of Hyundai Trans Kazakhstan. This year the company has started the production of a compact urban crossover Hyundai Bayon. Currently, the plant produces 10 Hyundai models – Sonata, Elantra, Santa Fe, Palisade, Tucson, Staria, i30, Bayon, as well as Tucson and Accent by the small-node method with welding and body painting. The capacity of the enterprise is 45 thousand units per year. More than 800 specialists work at the plant.
The journalists also got acquainted with the activities of MPZ Bijan LLP. Every year, the meat processing plant in the industrial zone produces more than 5 thousand tons of products, with an assortment of more than 100 names of sausage products and semi-finished products. The company has created 250 jobs.
The plant for the production of single-use medical devices of Almerek LLP is an export-oriented enterprise. The domestic manufacturer plans to sell products not only in all regions of Kazakhstan, but also to enter the markets of the EAEU countries. Today, the company produces 28 million units of products per year, 50 jobs have been created.
Another object of the visit was the small industrial park Ala Estate, where today the production of domestic manufacturers of interior doors (LePorte M LLP and Absolut Flor LLP) and the confectionery company Qulpinay LLP are located. The industrial park with an area of 4.3 thousand sq. m. provides ready-made production facilities with ready-made infrastructure to small and medium-sized businesses at a preferential, fixed rental rate of 1200 tenge/ 1 sq.m. The project has created 140 new jobs.
As of today, 20 projects with private investments worth 119.8 billion tenge have been implemented in the industrial zone of Almaty, products worth 647.5 billion tenge have been produced, 20.7 billion tenge of tax deductions have been paid, 2913 jobs have been created.
In 2022, the Kaz-Dia-Test LLP plant was launched for 4.6 billion tenge with the creation of 65 jobs. By the end of the year, it is planned to launch 5 enterprises (VALTHERM, City Stone, TEPLOSTIL, Stroy Production, ElektroBar) for a total amount of 6.8 billion tenge with the creation of 211 jobs. In addition, in 2022 it is planned to launch 4 small industrial parks (ALAESTATE-2, Qazaq Plast, Alatau Industrial Park, the 2nd stage of ADS Industries LLP) with a total area of 15,300 sq. m. m with private investments totaling 1.5 billion tenge.

The industrial zone of Almaty was created in order to provide state support to private entrepreneurship and is intended for the development of priority industries in the city of Almaty (mechanical engineering, food, light, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, logistics, production of building materials).
