11 new projects will be launched in the industrial zone of Almaty in 2025

In 2025, 11 new projects with a total investment of 135.5 billion tenge are planned to be implemented in the industrial zone of Almaty (ISA). 2,662 jobs are expected to be created. The new enterprises will include 6 production facilities and 5 small industrial parks:
1. Astana Motors Manufacturing Kazakhstan, a factory for the production of Chinese–branded passenger cars.
2. Astana Motors Engineering – storage facilities.
3. ALTRA TYRES is a factory for the recycling of automobile tires and the production of rubber products. 4. BLACK BIOTECHNOLOGY is a plant for the production of bio–feed additives and fertilizers.
5. Kapital Construction is a factory for the production of reinforcing mesh and profiled pipes.
6. Bagdar Ltd. is a factory for the production of glass containers.
7. ALAESTATE is a small industrial park.
8. Bayterek-2050 - small industrial park.
9. T and M company - small industrial park.
10. Corporation M&A - small industrial park.
11. Bak Daulet is a small industrial park.

2.48 billion tenge has been allocated for the construction of five small industrial parks, the total area of the facilities will be 23,510 square meters, and the number of jobs created will be 640.

In addition, 24 more small industrial parks with a total area of 140.2 thousand square meters are under construction in Almaty. Their commissioning is scheduled for 2025-2026. The total amount of investments in these projects will amount to 15.36 billion tenge, and the number of jobs will be 3,125. 144 small and medium-sized businesses will be located here.

Currently, 107 companies with investments of 553.3 billion tenge and the creation of 14,583 jobs are participating in the IZA. In 2024, 11 projects worth 13.4 billion tenge were launched in IZA, providing jobs for 977 people. From 2016 to 2024, 41 projects worth 142.1 billion tenge were implemented here, resulting in the creation of 4,430 jobs. During this period, IZA enterprises produced products worth 2,524.4 billion tenge and paid taxes in the amount of 63.1 billion tenge.
