LLP “Almaty Renovation” is a subsidiary entity whose sole participant is JSC “SEC ‘Almaty’”.

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Akimat of the city of Almaty No. 4/636 dated 1 August 2008, as a result of the reorganization and transformation of the State Communal Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management “Capital Construction Enterprise”, LLP “Capital Construction Enterprise of the Akimat of Almaty” (“CCEA”) was established. On 15 November 2025, CCEA underwent re-registration with a change of its legal name to LLP “Almaty Renovation” on the basis of Protocol Resolution of the Board of Directors of JSC “SEC ‘Almaty’” No. 7 dated 3 October 2025.

The Company was established for the purpose of addressing issues related to shared-equity construction, completing facilities left unfinished by unscrupulous developers, as well as implementing relocation and urban development programmes.

Capabilities

• Completion of problematic shared-equity construction projects and acting as the customer during their completion.
• Participation in social projects and municipal programmes upon instruction of the Akimat of Almaty.
• Construction of housing for the relocation of residents living within sanitary protection zones.
• Providing consultations on the establishment of Housing Construction Cooperatives (HCCs) and supporting participants of shared-equity construction.
• Disposal and realization of assets belonging to unscrupulous developers.

• Development and adjustment of design-and-estimate documentation for the completion of facilities.
• Organization and support of tripartite agreements for the transfer of apartments to members of HCCs.
