A new small industrial park to be built in Almaty

The subsidiary of JSC “SEC ‘Almaty’,” LLP “Almaty Finance,” has opened a credit line for the construction of a new Small Industrial Park (SIP) in the Industrial Zone of Almaty. The project is financed under the regional programme “Almaty Business – 2025.” The amount of the credit line is 500 million tenge at an annual rate of 6%*.

The project is being implemented by LLP “Kapstroigroup-T.” The company’s own investment volume amounts to 700 million tenge. The total project value is 1.2 billion tenge.

The new SIP will be built on a land plot of 1 hectare. Under the project, three production buildings and one administrative building will be constructed with a total area of 8,927 square metres, of which 7,588 square metres will be available for lease. The park will be able to accommodate 8 to 10 small and medium-sized enterprises, enabling the creation of approximately 150 jobs.

“The development of small industrial parks provides entrepreneurs with access to modern production facilities without significant initial costs. The rental cost of such premises is up to 2,350 tenge per square metre, making them accessible for SMEs. More than 30 small industrial parks are already operating in Almaty, 15 of which were financed by Almaty Finance,” noted Yerlan Yegemberdiyev, Chairman of the Management Board of LLP “Almaty Finance.”

The current completion rate of the facility stands at 43%: the frame structures of the production buildings and the multi-storey concrete structure of the administrative building have been completed.

Completion of construction of the SIP is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2026.
