Since August 2025, he has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of Almaty Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC (SEC Almaty).

He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the public and quasi-public sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He worked in the tax authorities, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for State Material Reserves, the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Committee on Judicial Administration of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2020, he headed the Departments of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Karaganda Region and the city of Astana. He also served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He studied at the Moscow Institute of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze, Buketov Karaganda State University, and the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.

He holds a Doctor of Economic Sciences degree, is a Certified State Auditor, and a licensed auditor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zakir Zakaryanovich Bekturganov

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Since November 2025, he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Almaty.

He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, education, economics, public administration, and corporate governance.

He held senior positions at the Department of Architecture, Construction, and Urban Development of the Karaganda Region, Karaganda Tsvetmet, and Karaganda Medical University.

He studied at the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, majoring in Economics and Management, and the E.A. Buketov (Law), Almaty Management University, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, European University (Switzerland), Graduate School of Management (Spain).

Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Science in Economics, Certified Public Auditor.

Speaks Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Gabdullin Anuar Zhomartovich

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Citizenship: Republic of Kazakhstan

Since December 2022, he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation "Almaty".

He has more than 17 years of banking experience in the field of lending to legal entities. From 2003 to 2020, he worked in senior positions in JSC "Bank CenterCredit", JSC "Alliance Bank" and DB JSC "Sberbank", LLP "Almaty Finance.

He studied at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Finance and Credit (Banking), has an MBA degree from the International Academy of Business with a degree in Management.

Aldazharov Yerden Kanagatovich

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Citizenship: Republic of Kazakhstan

Since June 2023 has held the post of Deputy Chairman of the Board in "Almaty" Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC He started his career in 2006 in AstanaEnergoSbyt LLP.

From March 2012 to June 2019 held managerial positions in Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP, Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline LLP, MunaiTas North-West Pipeline Company LLP.

From the second half of 2019 until his appointment, he worked in senior positions in private companies.

Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English, Turkish and Chinese.

He studied at T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University (KazEU) and Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU).
