Since August 2025, he has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of Almaty Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC (SEC Almaty).

He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the public and quasi-public sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He worked in the tax authorities, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for State Material Reserves, the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Committee on Judicial Administration of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He served as Vice-Rector for Economic and Production Affairs of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of National Center for Professional Development “Orleu” JSC, and First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Zhetysu Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC.

Since 2020, he headed the Departments of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Karaganda Region and the city of Astana. He also served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
